Organizational Structure
Our organizational structure is composed of the following key bodies and roles:
1. General Assembly
The highest decision-making body, responsible for overseeing the overall direction and policies of the organization.
2. Advisory Committee
A group of experienced individuals providing guidance and strategic advice to support the organization’s mission and objectives.
3. Executive Committee
The governing body responsible for implementing decisions, managing daily operations, and ensuring effective leadership. The committee consists of:
- Chairperson (and Deputy Chairperson)
- Secretary (and Deputy Secretary)
- Treasurer
- Overall Project Coordinator
- Supervisor – Communication, Networking & Infrastructure
- Supervisor – Counselling, Social Work & Rights Awareness
- Supervisor – Agriculture & Ecology
- Supervisor – Tourism
- Supervisor – Cultural Activities & Arts
4. Auditors (Internal & External)
Responsible for conducting financial and operational audits to ensure accountability, transparency, and compliance with regulations.
